
Vision & Mission
The Indian Confederation for Healthcare Accreditation (ICHA) is a National not-for-profit organisation incorporated as a Company U/S 25 of the Companies act registered in NCT of Delhi. ICHA is the confederation of National Associations and Institutions of all stakeholders in healthcare. While National Associations are the owner members, it is appreciated that work has to be done by individuals and individual organizations are enrolled as affiliates. This structure not only ensures credibility but also encourages apolitical contributions by all stakeholders.
The ICHA endeavours to strengthen the health system using comprehensive Accreditation as a tool.
The ICHA Initiative is to ensure that the right professionals do the right things at the right time, the right place and at the right cost. This will ensure affordable and quality healthcare services to all, while minimizing costly ICHA aims to promote and provide the benefits of modern medicine at every level.
Today all the major associations of Medical (Clinical, Lab, Admin), Nursing, Pharmacy, Therapy, Consumers, Management and Architects are subscribers (29 Associations). There are over 300 individual experts and organizations called 'affiliates' with diverse expertise in all areas of Healthcare. The ICHA has the resource capability of being the "one-stop-shop" for achieving excellence in healthcare by institutions and healthcare providers.
